When the customer accepts a quote, mark it won. Omono creates the sales order in the same step.
Open the quote and click Won in the action bar. The button is there only while the quote is Active: a draft, or a new revision you have not yet sent, downloaded or printed, has no Won button. The form asks Would you like to convert Quote to Order?
Enter the Customer Order #. It is required if an admin has ticked Set "Customer Order #" field as mandatory in Settings → App → Sales Order Settings. If the label shows Duplicate?, the customer already has a sales order with that number; hover over the i icon to see which. You can still continue.
Click Let's do it!. Omono marks the quote Won, creates the sales order and opens it. Not right now closes the form without changing the quote.
The new sales order is a Draft with the same customer, contact, delivery address, currency, exchange rate, division, commission and line items. The quote shows an SO# link to the order, and any automatic chase and award tasks are cancelled. A won quote is locked and cannot be reactivated, but you can still Copy it. If you clicked Won by mistake, copy the quote and send the copy.
For what the order keeps from the quote, deleting that draft order and losing a quote, see Sales quotes. For the order itself, see Sales orders.
