It is possible to setup multiple Bank Accounts which are available to select against customer records that use a corresponding currency. Bank Details are displayed on all proforma and sales invoices. Admin users can learn how to add, edit, archive and un-archive Bank Accounts within Omono by following the simple steps below.

Adding a new Bank Account

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and selecting the settings option.

  2. Select Company using the navigation bar on the left.

  3. Click on Bank Accounts.

  4. Click the ➕ button at the top of the modal.

  5. Enter the bank details and click ✅ at the top of the modal to save.


Editing a Bank Account

If you would like to edit the Bank Account details of an existing Bank Account please follow these steps. Please note any changes will update all records, past and present, depending upon reasoning consider archiving and creating a new Bank Account.

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and selecting the settings option.

  2. Select Company using the navigation bar on the left.

  3. Click on Bank Accounts.

  4. Click the ✏️ icon next to the Bank Account you wish to edit.

  5. Edit the bank details and click ✅ at the top of the modal to save.


Archiving a Bank Account

Please follow these steps if you would like to archive a Bank Account. Please note this will not remove the Bank Account from any existing records using this option.

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and selecting the settings option.

  2. Select Company using the navigation bar on the left.

  3. Click on Bank Accounts.

  4. Click the ✏️ icon next to the Bank Account you wish to archive.

  5. Click the Archive Bank Account button at the bottom of the modal.


Un-Archiving a Bank Account

If you would like to reinstate an archived Bank Account please follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and selecting the settings option.

  2. Select Company using the navigation bar on the left.

  3. Click on Bank Accounts.

  4. Select the Show Archived tick-box.

  5. Click the ✏️ icon next to the Bank Account you wish to un-archive.

  6. Click the Un-Archive Bank Account button at the bottom of the modal.
