Courier Settings

Turn on and off default Couriers and add, edit, archive and un-archive custom Couriers

Omono integrates with a number of default Couriers which allows for seamless tracking of order dispatches, you can also add your own custom Couriers. Admin users can learn how to turn on, turn off, add, edit, archive and un-archive Couriers by following the simple steps below.

Turn On a default Courier

When using one of the default Couriers to ship sales orders, and providing you input a tracking code, you will be able to track the order directly through Omono and the link on the sales invoice email will be active if added to the template.

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and selecting the settings option.

  2. Select App using the navigation bar on the left.

  3. Click on Couriers.

  4. Click the ✅ next to the default Courier you wish to activate so it is selected and click ✅ at the top of the modal to save.


Turn Off a default Courier

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and selecting the settings option.

  2. Select App using the navigation bar on the left.

  3. Click on Couriers.

  4. Click the ✅ next to the default Courier so it is un-selected and click ✅ at the top of the modal to save.


Adding a new custom Courier

You can add as many custom couriers as you like to Omono. When shipping an order you will have the option to enter a tracking number which will be available to view against the order and if selected on the sales invoice email template but no external link will be created.

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and selecting the settings option.

  2. Select App using the navigation bar on the left.

  3. Click on Couriers.

  4. Enter the Courier name into the text field at the bottom of the modal and click ✅ to save.


Editing a custom Courier

If you want to edit the name of an existing custom Courier please follow these steps. Please note any changes will update all records, past and present, depending upon reasoning consider archiving and creating a new custom Courier.

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and selecting the settings option.

  2. Select App using the navigation bar on the left.

  3. Click on Couriers.

  4. Click the ✏️ icon next to the custom Courier you wish to edit.

  5. Edit the Courier name in the text field at the bottom of the modal and click ✅ to save.


Archiving a custom Courier

Please follow these steps if you would like to archive a custom Courier so it no longer appears in your drop-down list.

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and selecting the settings option.

  2. Select App using the navigation bar on the left.

  3. Click on Couriers.

  4. Click the ✏️ icon next to the custom Courier you wish to archive.

  5. Click the 🗃 icon next to the text field.


Un-Archiving a custom Courier

If you would like to reinstate an archived custom Courier please follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and selecting the settings option.

  2. Select App using the navigation bar on the left.

  3. Click on Couriers.

  4. Select the Show Archived tick-box.

  5. Click the 🗃 icon next to the custom Courier you wish to re-activate.
