Learn how to create, edit and export Customer Price Lists.

Creating Customer Price Lists in Omono couldn't be easier. This powerful feature enables you to create customer specific pricing including volume discounting that is easily adjusted year on year.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When adding a price list item to a sales quote or sales order please note the volume discount function only works on initial entry and will not work when editing a line item.

Create a Customer Price List

  1. Select Companies using the navigation bar on the left.

  2. Click on an existing customer record.

  3. Click on Customer Price List located in the toolbar.

  4. Click Create Price List and select a date that you would like the pricing to come into effect, then click Create Price List. When you create further price lists for this customer you will have the option to select Create Empty List or Copy Current List.

  5. Enter either the Part Number or Title into the text field.

  6. Optionally enter a Customer Reference, this will be printed against your part number on the PDF.

  7. Enter the the Minimum Quantity that the price reflects. You can add the same part number multiple times against a different quantity in order to create volume discounts.

  8. Enter either the Price or Margin and click ✅ to save.

  9. Optionally enter Additional Customer Notes, these will be printed at the bottom of the PDF.

  10. Click ✅ at the top of the modal to save.


Editing a Customer Price List

  1. Select Companies using the navigation bar on the left.

  2. Click on an existing customer record.

  3. Click on Customer Price List located in the toolbar.

  4. Click the ✏️ icon next to the part you wish to edit.

  5. Edit the part customer reference, quantity, price or margin and click ✅ to save or click the 🗑 to delete.


Adjusting a Customer Price List

  1. Select Companies using the navigation bar on the left.

  2. Click on an existing customer record.

  3. Click on Customer Price List located in the toolbar.

  4. Click Adjust Pricing.

  5. Enter either a positive or negative percentage value in the text field and click Confirm.


Exporting a Customer Price List

  1. Select Companies using the navigation bar on the left.

  2. Click on an existing customer record.

  3. Click on Customer Price List located in the toolbar.

  4. Click either PDF Download, Excel Download or CSV Download.
