It's easy to make notes with Omono ensuring the whole team is kept notified and up to date. Notes are either system generated on completion of specific tasks or can be added manually.
All notes are stored against either a Company, Sales Quote, Sales Order, Credit Note, Purchase Order or Stock Item and are user, date and time stamped for traceability.
Viewing a Note
Navigate to the record where you wish to view a note.
Click on Notes located in the toolbar.
Adding a Note
IMPORTANT NOTE: Notes cannot be edited or deleted.
Navigate to the record where you wish to add a note.
Click on Notes located in the toolbar.
Write your note in the text box at the bottom of the modal and click ✅ to save.
