It is possible to setup multiple Addresses, one of which must be selected as an Accounts Address. The Accounts Address is displayed in the header of all documents, this Address and any other additional Addresses are also available to select as Delivery Addresses on purchase orders. Admin users can learn how to add, edit, archive and un-archive Addresses within Omono by following the simple steps below.

Adding a new Address

NOTE: It is only possible to have one Accounts Address, when creating a new Address if you select the Accounts Address tick-box the previous selection will be overridden.

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and selecting the settings option.

  2. Select Company using the navigation bar on the left.

  3. Click on Addresses.

  4. Click the ➕ button at the top of the modal.

  5. Enter the Address details and click ✅ at the top of the modal to save.


Editing an Address

If you would like to edit an existing Address please follow these steps. Please note any changes will update all records, past and present, depending upon reasoning consider archiving and creating a new Address.

NOTE: It is only possible to have one Accounts Address, when editing an existing Address if you select the Accounts Address tick-box the previous selection will be overridden.

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and selecting the settings option.

  2. Select Company using the navigation bar on the left.

  3. Click on Addresses.

  4. Click the ✏️ icon next to the Address you wish to edit.

  5. Edit the Address details and click ✅ at the top of the modal to save.


Archiving an Address

Please follow these steps if you would like to archive an Address. Please note this will not remove the Address from any existing records using this option.

NOTE: It is not possible to archive the Accounts Address, before trying to archive, another address must be selected as the Accounts Address.

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and selecting the settings option.

  2. Select Company using the navigation bar on the left.

  3. Click on Addresses.

  4. Click the ✏️ icon next to the Address you wish to archive.

  5. Click the Archive Address button at the bottom of the modal.


Un-Archiving an Address

If you would like to reinstate an archived Address please follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and selecting the settings option.

  2. Select Company using the navigation bar on the left.

  3. Click on Addresses.

  4. Select the Show Archived tick-box.

  5. Click the ✏️ icon next to the Address you wish to un-archive.

  6. Click the Un-Archive Address button at the bottom of the modal.
