Customising the Sales Quote email template within Omono is really easy and can be done by Admin users in Settings.

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and selecting the settings option.

  2. Select Templates using the navigation bar on the left.

  3. Click on Sales Quote.

  4. Make the required changes (details below) and click βœ… at the top of the modal to save.

  • Email From Name

This is the display name for the email from field. If this field is left blank the users name will be used by default (i.e Bill Gates), but there is the option to override this and use an alternative (i.e Company Name Ltd).

  • Reply To Email Address

This is the reply to email address for the email from field. If this field is left blank the users email address will be used by default (i.e [email protected]), but there is the option to override this and use an alternative (i.e [email protected]).

  • Subject & Content

In these two fields you have the option to edit the default email text, logic fields can be inserted by entering a square open bracket ([) and selecting one of the many options. The default text within the template can be individually amended on a one-off basis when emailing a sales quote.

  • Send Copy To Salesperson

CC or BCC by default a copy of the email and any attachments to the sales person. The user will have the option to manually select or un-select this option on a one-off basis when emailing a sales quote.

  • Send Copy to Account Manager

CC or BCC by default a copy of the email and any attachments to the customer account manager. The user will have the option to manually select or un-select this option on a one-off basis when emailing a sales quote.
