Warehouses can be selected for stock items. Admin users can learn how to add, edit, archive and un-archive Warehouses within Omono by following the simple steps below.
Adding a new Warehouse
Navigate to Settings by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and selecting the settings option.
Select App using the navigation bar on the left.
Click on Warehouses.
Enter the Warehouse name into the text field at the bottom of the modal and click ✅ to save.
Editing a Warehouse
If you would like to edit the name of an existing Warehouse please follow these steps. Please note any changes will update all records, past and present, depending upon reasoning consider archiving and creating a new Warehouse.
Navigate to Settings by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and selecting the settings option.
Select App using the navigation bar on the left.
Click on Warehouses.
Click the ✏️ icon next to the Warehouse you wish to edit.
Edit the Warehouse name in the text field at the bottom of the modal and click ✅ to save.
Archiving a Warehouse
Please follow these steps if you would like to archive a Warehouse. Please note this will not remove the Warehouse from any existing records using this option.
Navigate to Settings by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and selecting the settings option.
Select App using the navigation bar on the left.
Click on Warehouses.
Click the ✏️ icon next to the Warehouse you wish to archive.
Click the 🗃 icon next to the text field.
Un-Archiving a Warehouse
If you would like to reinstate an archived Warehouse please follow these steps.
Navigate to Settings by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and selecting the settings option.
Select App using the navigation bar on the left.
Click on Warehouses.
Select the Show Archived tick-box.
Click the 🗃 icon next to the Warehouse you wish to re-activate.
