Add, edit, archive and un-archive EORI Numbers

EORI Numbers can be selected when creating or editing sales quotes and orders, the details are then displayed on relevant paperwork. Admin users can learn how to add, edit, archive and un-archive EORI Numbers within Omono by following the simple steps below.

Adding a new EORI Number

If only one EORI Number is created it will automatically be selected on all new sales quotes and orders; if multiple EORI Numbers are created the user will have the option to select the relevant number each time a sales quote or order is created.

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and selecting the settings option.

  2. Select App using the navigation bar on the left.

  3. Click on EORI Numbers.

  4. Enter the EORI Number and description into the text fields at the bottom of the modal and click ✅ to save.


Editing a EORI Number

If you would like to edit the name and/or description of an existing EORI Number please follow these steps. Please note any changes will update all records, past and present, depending upon reasoning consider archiving and creating a new number.

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and selecting the settings option.

  2. Select App using the navigation bar on the left.

  3. Click on EORI Numbers.

  4. Click the ✏️ icon next to the EORI Number you wish to edit.

  5. Edit the EORI Number and/or description in the text fields at the bottom of the modal and click ✅ to save.


Archiving a EORI Number

Please follow these steps if you would like to archive a EORI Number. Please note this will not remove the EORI Number from any existing records using this option.

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and selecting the settings option.

  2. Select App using the navigation bar on the left.

  3. Click on EORI Numbers.

  4. Click the ✏️ icon next to the EORI Number you wish to archive.

  5. Click the 🗃 icon next to the text fields.


Un-Archiving a EORI Number

If you would like to reinstate an archived EORI Number please follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen and selecting the settings option.

  2. Select App using the navigation bar on the left.

  3. Click on EORI Numbers.

  4. Select the Show Archived tick-box.

  5. Click the 🗃 icon next to the EORI Number you wish to re-activate.
