Omono emails a quote, sales order, dispatch, credit note or purchase order with its PDF attached. For a dispatch, the Delivery Note is ticked in advance only if Auto Attach is Yes for it on the Dispatch Email template; otherwise click the paperclip and tick it before you send.
Click Email in the action bar, or the mail icon on a dispatch.
Check the recipients. To is pre-filled with the contact on the document. Click the field to add or remove people from the address list. You cannot type an address in; click + beside the field to add someone as a contact.
Click Advanced to see CC and BCC.
Check the Subject and Message and edit them if you like.
Click the paperclip. Tick the files to attach, untick anything you do not want to send, and click the tick.
Click Send Email.
Sending a draft changes its status: a quote becomes Active, a sales order or purchase order becomes On Order (On Order - Call Off for a call-off order) and a credit note becomes Complete. A draft quote becomes Active when you email, download or print its latest revision; emailing an older revision leaves it as a draft.
At least one To recipient is needed; if the field is empty, it turns red and nothing is sent. If the uploaded files go over the 15 MB limit, Send Email is greyed out until you untick something.
For attachments, copy-ins and what happens after you send, see Sending documents by email.
