Contacts and addresses belong to a company, and you manage them from the company page.
Open the company.
To add a person, click Add Contact in the action bar or in the Contacts section of the page. Enter the First Name, Last Name and Email. The email must be a full address with a domain ending such as .com or .co.uk. The other fields are optional.
To add an address, click Add Address in the action bar or in the Addresses section. Enter Line 1, City and Country. Company Name starts as the company's own name; enter a different name when goods go to a site that trades under another name. Tick Accounts Address to make this the accounts address; it then needs an Accounts Email.
Click the tick.
You can also add one while you work on a document. On a quote or sales order form, click + next to Contacts or Delivery Address; the same form opens, except that the address form has no Accounts Address tick. On a purchase order or email form, the + opens a smaller form; click Create Contact or Create Address to save. The credit note form has no +; add the contact from the company page first.
For every field, the accounts address, address formats, and editing and archiving, see Contacts and addresses.
